As you know, AMERIGO International has been officially created in August 2018 and we have gathered our shareholder members for our first General Assembly during Automechanika in Frankfurt, last September.
We continue to extend AMERIGO International with new members and conclude the latest supplier agreements.
To date 20 members from 16 different countries have confirmed their shareholding with AMERIGO International and 5 other members should join us before the end of the year. The agreements have been formally signed with AF, AKEBONO, AVA COOLING, BARDHAL, CAVO, DURAND Production, EFI AUTOMOTIVE, EXIDE, HATTAT, JTEKT, MECAFILTER, OCAP, ROMBAT, SIDEM, SALERI. Other agreements are being finalized and will be soon communicated.
The end of the year will take place in Shanghai. Automechanika Shanghai is Asia’s largest aftermarket auto parts, accessories, equipment and services exhibition. The 2018 edition will be an opportunity to discover the main trends, new business models and more. The exhibition space will climb to 350,000 sqm and 6,250 exhibitors and 140,000 visitors are expected to attend this year’s show
The show will be an opportunity for AMERIGO International to present again its project, its network of partners, its shareholders and the common future to all stakeholders of the company.
